He has invested so much time and effort to avoiding work and finding other ways to occupy his hardworking mind, that he has a turned the office into an interactive game. Every item has a plus or minus point attached to it. The system is scored arbitrarily but it seems to be working.

Now this is dangerous in a way that is not immediately obvious. For you see, babuska cat is not about the dilly dally. She will sit on your desk and smack your hands the moment they stop typing on your keyboard. She does not accept excuses, and she does not endorse breaks. Not only that, but she is all work and no play, which is a useful quality when walking through a dangerous neighborhood, but less so when you want to slack off at work.
